ALPHA "ed-Lock" PIN change defect

"I just moved and I can't change my PIN even if I follow the instructions."

The student and mother moved into the apartment from today, but they followed the instructions of the management company and operated according to the instructions, but they said that they could only change their PIN.

ALPHA ed-Lock 9105-LE for MIWA LE

Details cannot be known without looking at the site, so I will arrive and check it.The operation buttons are lit and blinking, so the battery doesn't seem to be a problem.

I tried to hear how it was operated, but there seems to be no major problem.

Certainly the instructions are pasted on the back of the door. (Which ... N? Is the description of holding down ambiguous?) Apparently, it doesn't seem to be held down.

Difficult to read with fine letters

If you operate it in consideration of the timing of long press, it will operate normally and you can change the password.

I wondered if this would happen if I read the manual at the dark entrance and read it diagonally. "Keep pushing" doesn't come to the people of today. I wish I had "press and hold".It was an old model, so it was an instruction manual for the times.
