U9.145HMD Disassembly and repair of defective locking

"It's hard to turn the key from the outside. You can't lock it from the inside."

The object was U9.145AHMD.It was a phenomenon that the cylinder was hard to turn and the latch bolt moved when the thumbturn was turned.

This phenomenon is caused by some kind of defect, when turning the samutan, the outer knob also turns. However, there are various reasons.

I was wondering if it could be improved in a short time because it could be improved by spray cleaning the cylinder, but in the end it was a fight for about an hour.

Repeat disassembly and assembly, lock case once. The knob on the cylinder side will be repeated four times.

When it came to the lock case, I was careful not to let the spring pop out, but it popped out.I confirmed that the parts were not damaged, but it took time to assemble while remembering the procedure.

Even if the knob on the cylinder side is disassembled, no damage is seen.I assemble it and check the operation, but the phenomenon is reproduced once every few times.Originally it will be a new replacement, but since it is a rental apartment, the replacement will not be approved immediately. There is no choice but to repair it.

After all, when I checked it again, I confirmed that the parts sandwiched between the two springs were deformed. It was a problem of fitting sleeve ring parts and internal parts. It is a place that does not deform unless it is artificially disassembled and assembled.

Anyway, I adjusted the fitting of this part and confirmed that it worked smoothly, and the work was completed.

As a normal movement, the spindle shaft rotates 360 degrees free when the key is not inserted. When the key is inserted, the switching structure of the component limits its movement to 90 degrees and turns the spindle shaft firmly. However, if the parts around the spring are not fitted properly, this switching will not work properly. This is an event that cannot be understood by always replacing it with a new one.I didn't really care either. It is a reflection.
