Strike due to door drop-Deadbolt interference Hinge adjustment

"The door is not locked"

It seems that he moved in by handing over the key in the presence of the management company at the site, but it is said that the key is not locked from the inside and outside.

When I checked it on site, some unknown parts were missing. It was for the spacer (FUKI SS-53 engraved) used for the safe hinge. It seems that some vendor responded to the cylinder replacement when moving in, but this was an uncertain response.

When I checked the deadbolt, the door was depressed by about 1 mm and it was not in the strike.I feel a sense of discomfort when I rub the door frame too much and feel resistance in opening and closing the door.

By inserting this 2mm thick safe spacer as a test, it was possible to smoothly open and close the door and lock/unlock it.However, this part is not applicable.Because it falls easily. There are no substitutes for washers with an inner diameter of 12 mm and an outer diameter of 20 mm.The only option is to use a hinge raiser to make adjustments, or to cut a portion of the strike.

Strikes and processing into the skeleton require the permission of the landlord, so I will not do it this time.As a result, I got only 0.5mm clearance by raising the hinge, but the improvement is completed. After that, I explained to the management company and asked for arrangements with the permission of the landlord.

The hinge spacers are quite expensive, so let's have a replacement (although it can also be used for standard door scopes) that supports a shaft center of 12 mm and an outer diameter of 18-20 mm.
