Unlocking the TSA007 SUITCASE

"Unlocking suitcase due to lost key"

It was a short business trip, and it was a small suitcase. I was asked for it to be unlocked, but when I looked at it, it was unlocked.

Is there something wrong with the hook still not coming off? I put the cylinder back in and unlocked it again. Then the hook came off normally and I was able to unlock it. I checked the operation several times, but I didn't see any recurrence, so I'm done with this. Please handle with care.
