Overhaul repair due to operation defect of MIWA LAMA lock case

"Difficult to lock from outside or inside"

Yesterday, he was unable to unlock the door from inside the room and was trapped inside, but he managed to turn it around after that.

It has a large thumbturn cover made of stainless steel, but it seems that the stainless steel has aged enough to rust. It seems to have aged considerably.

When I checked the operation, it was a fairly stiff operation. When disassembled, the skewer pin was attached as a separate part. It's like cutting a hard wire. I was surprised by the new repair method.

It seems that the cam mechanism parts of the lock case are quite dirty and lack lubrication. I was able to improve it by doing normal cleaning and lubrication.
