New replacement due to toilet lock defect, MIWA BM-LS

"Toilet Unlock"

The request was to unlock the toilet. The property is a municipal housing. It seems that there is a defect and it seems that it will be necessary to replace it even if it is unlocked. The metropolitan housing seems to be a fairly old building (55 years old).

When I arrived, the client took it apart and the toilet door was unlocked. When I looked at the disassembled parts, I could not see any damaged parts. but I can't assemble it.

What was installed was MIWA BM-LS (for DT40mm)/BS57mm.

When I checked it carefully, I found that both ends of the spindle plate were broken. This cannot be fixed with the C ring.

After all, it was a new replacement, but there was only MIWA BMD (BS64mm) in stock, but it was fully possible to install.

Also, for the DT40 for public housing, we decided to reduce the number of stocks by using our own parts that extend the button parts.
