WEST916.LSP Inspection and repair of latch bolt malfunction

"The latch bolt is retracted and won't come out."

They reported a malfunction in which the latch bolt was retracted and would not come out. I removed the front to make it easier to clean and completed the work. For a property that was built 20 years ago, the shared facilities were in good condition, but the doors and other parts were quite damaged.
