Inspection and repair of sliding door locks for rented detached houses MIWA PSDN.SL09

"Difficult to lock"

The property was like a rental house. Even if I checked it on Google Maps, I could not confirm it well, but if it is a sliding door lock, it may be a key that is difficult to turn by pushing it in.I thought it would be out of alignment, so I expected it would improve if I adjusted it.

When I arrived at the site and checked it, it was MIWA PS.SL09. SANKYO-TATEYAMA-ALUMI "SYO-IN" series. It's a fairly new part, but it seems that the key can't be inserted and it doesn't turn. After using it for about a month, it finally stopped working, so they asked for an inspection.

I was worried that I was using Torx screws, but it was improved by simply disassembling and cleaning. There was no problem with the alignment due to the re-inspection.
