KABA STAR NEO 6150T, SANKYO-TATEYAMA-ALUMI "SUN-NATURE" replacement due to malfunction of entrance door cylinder

"Cylinder exchange because the key no longer turns"

The upper cylinder stopped rotating, and it was operated only with the lower cylinder, but at last the lower cylinder also stopped rotating, so it seems that they decided to replace it.

The entrance door was SANKYO-TATEYAMA-ALUMI "SUN-NATURE".

What was installed was KABA STAR NEO 6150T black (OEM color).When I looked at the cylinder part, it seemed that a state that seemed to be quite corroded was progressing.

I did a lot of cleaning work, but it still didn't improve. When I looked into the scope, I found that most of the pins were malfunctioning due to spring failure. About a third of the pins are bad. At this point the only option is to replace it.

The front carved seal was MIWA GAF + POM + FE. The attached spacer was not used, so the door thickness is DT36.

It was decided to replace the stock housing and core together with the phosphorescent ring.
