``The lock won't open from the inside.'' When I looked into the address and property name, it turned out to be an old apartment that was built 38 years ago. Probably knob lock. The door would not open from the outside or the inside. There is a possibility that parts of the lock case may be damaged, but we headed to the scene anyway.
