GOAL P6.PX+ electric motor lock EM, GOE push-pull grip handle lock operation repair of defects

"Sometimes it doesn't turn from the inside or the outside"

It was a detached property during the exterior wall painting repair. The entrance lock is a GOAL GOE type push-pull grip handle lock. The cylinder was a P6 cylinder. The handle part was damaged by salt damage and was considerably corroded. (It's a fairly old detached rental property that was built 31 years ago.)

I confirmed the situation that it does not turn even from the thumbturn side. It seems that there is a cause in the lock body case.

I removed the front and cleaned and lubricated it with a special cleaning spray. It didn't have to be completely disassembled. No cylinder issues were identified, so the job is done.

The lower lock was an electric motor lock EM that could be operated remotely from the living lock. There was no particular problem here, so you can use it as is.
