USHIN-SHOWA U9.QDJ695, Cylinder spins idly.

"Operation defect inspection and repair of cylinder set"

Currently, he can go in and out, but sometimes he can't lock the door because the key is spinning. This kind of phenomenon often occurs with LSP type and TX type. There is a problem with the length of the thumbturn's drive shaft. What is the cause this time?

The cylinder set is USHIN-SHOWA QDJ695. Comes with U9.TE22 cylinder LSP type. As expected, the pull-leg screws were quite loose. It's floating about 2mm. However, when tightening with the normal torque of 2 to 3 Nm, it interfered with the main cam block and the movement became heavy. QDJ695's cam block is not penetrated, so the characteristic symptoms like this one occur.

The door thickness is DT38mm, so it is not thin, but the galvanized steel plate itself has low strength, so the door will become distorted when tightened, resulting in this situation. I made subtle tightening adjustments using Loctite to prevent screws from loosening.

I'd really like to shave off about 3mm of the thumbturn's drive shaft, but it's a task I don't really want to do. Let's prepare spacers accordingly.
