Of the two locked locations, the upper cylinder seems to be defective. Moreover, it seems that a smart lock "SESAME" is installed.

Since we have the key, we will clean the cylinder. However, this time it doesn't turn around easily. It turns in the locking direction, but not in the unlocking direction. It seems that there is a lot of dirt attached to the groove of the locking bar.

Anyway, I cleaned it thoroughly and soaked up the lubricant, so I turned it around with a little force. It slowly started to turn and I was able to unlock it. Originally, it would have been necessary to disassemble and clean it, but due to the cost, we decided not to do so.
