The symptom is that of the two cylinders, the upper one does not rotate. Also, there seems to be a key that turns and a key that doesn't turn on the lower cylinder.
Cylinder malfunctions were usually corrected by spray cleaning, but the cause of the key defect was not immediately determined.
When I checked carefully with a light, I noticed that there was sticky substance like the remains of cellophane tape on the surface of the key. I removed this with a cutter and cleaned it, and the problem was resolved. The cause was the way the key itself was stored by the management company. It looks like the keys were held together with sellotape. Looks like some sellotape remained when I removed it. I guess I didn't notice it because it was transparent. This was the first time such a case had occurred.
