Changing empty lock in dressing room due to DIY failure

"Replacement due to failure of DIY by herself"

It was an empty lock in the dressing room of the apartment. It was said that the customer was trying to replace it by DIY, but the screw thread for fixing the handle was completely crushed and could not be removed. The family also said they were indifferent to the situation.

There were traces of a lot of fighting. We will start work after the estimate, but it did not come off easily, so we removed the screw for fixing the handle by drilling.

The parts were purchased by the client. It was an empty lock TXS of the NAGASAWA GM series. It seemed like the right choice.

It seems that the tubular is also damaged, so in the end, I will replace the tubular and handle as a set while keeping the GIKEN rounded corners on the front.
