MIWA PHM+TESP.TE0 (entrance cylinder), MIWA U9.LZ1 (kitchen door cylinder), key replacement to improve security

"Replacement of keys for entrance and kitchen door"

It looks like it was purchased second hand. With moving in, the key was also quite old, so it was a request to replace it. It was about the entrance and the kitchen door, but I decided to estimate after checking the site.

Upon inspection, the front door appears to be a push-pull grip handle lock. The two parts seem to be the same, but the upper side is a disc tumbler type and the lower side has KABA.I took it apart and found out why.

I thought it was a LIX (TE0) double, but the upper front has "PHM" and the lower has "TESP".In particular, I have rarely seen "PHM" on the upper side. The spindle is a special shaft type, and it did not match with normal cylinder replacement or core cylinder replacement such as tear key. The housing diameter of the NDZ cylinder fits, but it was too long to assemble. It would have been nice if the shaft could be replaced, but it was impossible, so I gave up.

Therefore, I replaced it with a LIX-compatible KABA ACE on the lower side only.

The key to the kitchen door was a disk tumbler type "LZ1".The replacement was also completed with U9.LZ1.
