When confirmed, the cylinder will rotate 360 ​​degrees.The position where the key comes out is also not the normal position.The deadbolt doesn't come out either.

If the key is inserted, the deadbolt will come out by turning the thumbturn, but if the key is not inserted, the deadbolt will move together with the latch bolt.

The cause was poor installation by the replacement company.I could tell by checking the operation, but there was no sign that it had been properly adjusted.

By installing the spindle shaft correctly and turning it 180 degrees left and right, the locking and unlocking operations will now work properly. Please be careful when installing the WEST801 universal replacement knob.
