Repair of defects due to hinge deformation

"The hinge is deformed and the door is not locked."

I was wondering if it was a defect due to the bad position of the deadbolt and strike.

However, when checking the actual hinge, it is a large deformation due to a large external force in an unthinkable direction. It should be a fairly large stress on a 3mm thick stainless steel plate. The shaft pin is also deformed.I don't know how it was transformed. It's a mystery.

It seems that it cannot be processed without removing the hinge to repair it.Jacks for cars played an active role here. The height can be finely adjusted.

I corrected the deformation using a special tool, but I ended up doing the desorption work four times. There is a trick to transform it.You will need a drainage lid on the road.

The shaft is also deformed, but this cannot be corrected by itself. There is a limit to the modification of the plaid, but the repair has been completed.
