Defect exchange from standard HMD to thin HMSD

"It doesn't lock"

When I heard it, I was told that it wouldn't lock from the inside. It was the so-called "thumbturn and knob co-rotating phenomenon". This is a common phenomenon in HM.

Check for damage.Disassemble the cylinder side knob and lock case respectively. However, the lock case cannot be easily removed from the door. This is because the opening is narrower than the thickness of the main body.

As expected, the standard HMD is attached to the door thickness of 31 mm.I guess I forced it in.Spindle plate interference is also possible.

I managed to remove it and disassemble the lock case, but there is no particular problem.

The usual deformation of the spring, which is an internal part on the cylinder side, and the deformation of its slave parts.Repairing these parts improved the operation, but the same malfunction occurs once every few times.

It is a set exchange with the consent of the client.Change to thin U9.HMSD-1 and it's done.
