WEST G7510ACT tablet + SESAMI MINI, malfunction due to installation defect

"Unlocking the entrance door due to smart lock malfunction"

Normally this would be an easy task, but this time there were various hurdles.

When I looked through the scope hole, I saw that various things were blocking the approach route.

First, it's a magnetic box attached to the door. Second, it was a long-handled broom that was hung between the levers. Thirdly, the smart lock itself was installed in a half-finished state. All of these were blocking the approach route to the knurled thumbturn.

After eliminating each one of them, I finally got to thumbturn and just turned it.

The smart lock is a SESAMI MINI and has been discontinued due to its low torque. The adhesion to the door was also weak, and in this case the adhesive had peeled off and the torque from the main unit was not being transmitted to the thumbturn.

I was able to check that the remaining battery power was sufficient using the smartphone app, so the cause must have been the adhesive peeling off.
