MIWA U9.LAMA, Unlocking the entrance door due to broken key and key removal repair

"The key broke off at the base and I couldn't open the front door."

From the broken key and the key remaining in the cylinder, it appeared that the stepped part was mostly inside the core cylinder. The cylinder was a thin cylinder collar for door thickness DT40mm.

I was able to successfully manipulate the broken key and turn the cylinder. First of all, it is unlocked.

Now, the next step was to remove the key, but I decided to remove the cylinder and inspect it while cleaning it. Even if you push it out from the tailpiece side, the key will not come out easily. It seems like something is interfering.

I also disassembled and inspected the cylinder core. Then something like a big lump of dust came out. Furthermore, the spring for the locking bar (it flew off twice, but it was within sight of the work) looked a little deformed, so I had to replace it. (Some worker probably carelessly deformed it when replacing the core.)
