ALPHA ed-LockPLUS, battery replacement defect inspection and repair

"The low battery alarm keeps ringing even after replacing the battery."

Apparently the client replaced the battery himself, but even after replacing it with different batteries several times, the low battery alarm kept ringing.

It may also be caused by poor contact. The touch panel is responding, so it seems that the battery is being recognized correctly. I removed the battery cover and checked the battery and contact terminals, but I could not confirm any defects.

The battery is a 1-Eleven private brand battery. There is a display of 5V, but there seems to be no power. When I set up my Panasonic EVOLTA NEO to check the operation, it worked properly, so I guess the problem was that XNUMX-Eleven's private brand battery was weak. Furthermore, I made some changes to make the contact terminal part more reliable.

Panasonic EVOLTA can be purchased at 7-Eleven, Family Mart, or Lawson.
